If you find damages after the driver leaves, you are stuck & out of luck. Please note that the Shipping Company that delivers your merchandise is responsible for damages. Acceptance of the Shipment by the transportation company is acknowledgment that the item delivered by them, in good condition. Damages or missing parts must be noted on the freight bill (drivers paperwork). The buyer has the right to “refuse” a shipment that is severely damaged.
