"QUAKER CRACKELS" CLOTH ADVERTISING DOLL
- 1930s The Quaker Oats Co. 8" x 16". Color litho on fabric.
Early Quaker Oats mail premium. A great likeness of the "Quaker Boy" advertising mascot (imagery includes a box of Quaker Crackels in his back pocket).
This is a neatly partially stitched example with no padding (a 6" opening on right side of seam remains if stuffing is desired).
Scarce variety. Nice cereal promotional piece.
Condition is considered GOOD to FAIR with moderate surface/crease/edge wear. Mild surface staining with no fabric tears. Color litho is still very bright, bold and unfaded (see photos).
A very displayable example by most standards (see photos).
Great for the discriminating QUAKER OATS, ADVERTISING PREMIUM and/or VINTAGE TOY & DOLL enthusiast. On a condition code scale of 1 to 10, the above listed items are rated (7).
