MEMBERSHIP CERTIFICATE & PROMOTION SHEET
- 14" x 8 1/2" (folded in eighths as issued). Nice b&w illustrated graphics with ornate Dick Tracy masthead and Puffed Wheat/Rice packaging. Hand-penciled by child and parent. Original foil "sergeant" sticker has been applied to record panel.

SERGEANT BADGE
- 1 7/8" x 2 3/4". Black litho on die-cut brass colored tin. Nice recessed imagery.
Condition on both is considered FAIR with moderate surface/edge wear. Moderate surface creasing on certificate with paper browning/discoloration on right side. Moderate spot surface discoloration on foil sticker. No tears. Badge has retained much of its original luster. Pin on back possibly re-soldered.
Despite defects, we feel this grouping is in very displayable condition by most standards (see photos).
