Order blank is still intact and unused. We consider this one of the better Tom Mix catalog flyers.
Condition is considered GOOD to FAIR with moderate surface/stain/edge wear. Scattered edge/fold tears (largest tear being 2").
Overall, we consider this original catalog a very serviceable example by most standards (see photos).
