1968 Advertising Items: "Colorvision Studios" [a.k.a. Allied Artists, Monogram]

Description

This is a pair of two different 1960s vintage "studio rentals" advertising items for "Colorvision Studios" on Sunset in Hollywood. Before the studio was owned by Colorvision, it was home to Monogram and Allied Artists.
Included are the following two items

(1)
Booklet, measures 5 7/8" x 8 7/8", 12 pages, complete, many photos, and 1968 vintage.
(2)
Brochure, measures 3 3/4" x 8 1/2" when closed, tri-fold (3 pages/6 sides), no photos.
Condition
: The booklet has several tiny indentations in the upper left corner of the front cover; the brochure is stapled to the last page & back cover of the booklet. See my listings for more unusual and interesting items. Multiple purchases are combined with one postage charge. These two items will be shipped with the brochure (partially) as folded, sleeved in plastic, and packaged between sturdy cardboard.
