Here's one really nice set of 2 Extra Thick Handmade Oval Potholders w/Pocket. This "Black with Red & Green Chile Peppers
Themed" fabric makes a really nice pair of potholders which measure approximately 8 -8 1/2" x 6 1/2 -3/4" and has a nice big pocket to put your hand in to make grabbing your hot pot, pan, casserole or whatever is hot, easy to hold on to. (My measurements are approximate because I'm not perfect and some sets may vary maybe by 1/4" or so) I have filled these with 3 layers of batting for extra protection. The outside fabric is 100% cotton and extra wide bias tape. They are totally washable and dry-able and maybe ironed if necessary. I never iron them but if you feel the need to you can. I have had mine for over ten years and they are still going strong. These can also be used as trivet for your hot things on the table or counter. I have other colors and fabric so if these aren't to your liking please check the other ones out and I will be posting more different ones in the future.
