After the approval of an artwork, your lanyards will be ready to ship with 8-10 Days.
***Orders are usually delivered within 12 business day but there could be external factors that could delay the shipping.
LANYARD COLOR
Body Color: We have more than 21 stock colors to choose from for body color. If you want the color that is not our stock color, there will charge an extra /color.
Imprint Color:  FREE PMS color match for imprint.
ARTWORK
A virtual artwork of the lanyard will be provided to each customers. You can revise artwork until you are satisfied.  Please note this is a very critical process of ordering lanyards from us. Since we print lanyards based on the artwork, we will not be able to rectify mistakes after the artwork has been approved and order has been processed for production. We ask our customer's to double check the artwork before approving.
SHIPPING
We offer FREE shipping to contiguous United States. For Alaska, Hawaii and international shipping there is a charge. Most items will be shipped by either by DHL or FedEx. Tracking number will be provided to each customer's when the items are shipped.
RETURN
We do offer returns to the items that were either shipped: defected or was manufactured wrong.  All lanyards are manufactured based on the artwork. If the lanyards were not manufactured as the approved artwork from the customer.
We will either redo the order minus the error from us. We will not be able to make any change to the product, logo/text or color. Or, we will issue a full refund.
If there was an error on the items
received, customers will have 10 days to send us a proof of defect.
