Item comes with 5 standard 1/2 pans, 6'' deep.
This machine need to be used with a LPG(lower pressure valve).
Notice
:
Never directly touch the cooking surface while the Bain Marie is on.
Always turn off the unit when not in use. servicing or adjusting any parts or attachments, and before cleaning.
Never leave the Bain maire on overnight.
Do not operate any equipment with damaged or leaking gas line, ignitor or valves or if the unit is dropped or damaged in any manner.
Never use the Bain marie as a heating source
Always keep hands, hair and clothing away from heating source.
Allow the Bain marie to cool down after use and before dismantling.
Cleaning the unit will be too hot to handle immediately after use.
