This is a brand new, 7 Qt cook and hold unit, 120V, 1000 W. This unit can be used to warm up soups, stews, cheese and other bulk foods or you can use it to defrost frozen product rapidly. Can also be used to cook product as desired, with inset/vegetable pan and steam heat. Vegetable/Inset pan and lids can be purchased from any restaurant equipment dealer.  These are great little units to travel with as well, lightweight, plugs in anywhere and heats up quickly. This is a commercial UL listed product, NSF approved.
