Having a good garage door seal and weather seal on your garage door is important to keep out snow, leaf, water, elements. If you have an uneven garage floor you can use a larger bottom seal to help close off gaps. For extreme garage door gaps you may consider using a new garage door bottom seal along with a garage door threshold to close off gaps at the bottom of your garage door. Clean the track Scrape dirt and corrosion out of the garage door bottom seal track with a screwdriver and a stiff brush. Lubricate the rubber with a few drops of dish soap, then push and pull the new garage door bottom seal into the track.
