    Looks like a Chemglass CG-1929-04.  That description is 300mL Reaction Vessel, Jacketed, 100mm Schott O-Ring Flange, GL-14 Inlet/Outlet, CG-911-A-10 Drain Valve
    This unit has GL-14 and 11325 on the side of the unit on the glass.
    Know that the PTFE Lid does fit on the top of the 300 mL Reaction Vessel.
    You will get what is shown in the pictures.
