FLAMESTONE-FLUTED/BROWN (OLDER) by DANSK Denmark 4 coffee cups & saucers

4 cups and saucers in the Fluted Flamestone pattern by Dansk. I will be listing lots of this and the smooth pattern as I unpack them. These are in great condition, no chips or cracks or crazing. They look excellent. They are the standard coffee cup size, not the demi that was also made in this pattern. The cup is 3 3/4 inches tall with an opening of about 3 1/8 inches. The saucer is 6 1/2 inches diameter. There are two different variations of the maker's mark on the cups as shown. The saucers all have the same impressed maker's mark as shown. They should blend with any excellent service.

Everything on my hmnpwr site and my sister's 2vegburg site is from our parent's collections. They started collecting in the early 70's, mainly in the San Francisco Bay Area at the flea markets, shows, auctions, estate sales but they also traveled to LA or east to buy and sell. Their interests were mostly early American to midcentury American and Scandinavian ceramics. They also collected tableware, concentrating on California production. We regularly list new pieces that have been stored away for decades.
