This Winnie the Pooh Figure is one of seven cereal premiums produced in the mid 1960s for  Nabisco's Wheat Honeys & Rice Honeys Cereal. Premium is in Excellent condition, made of green soft plastic & has "© WALT DISNEY PRODUCTIONS 1964" embossed on belly.
