    Description

    I have a Stanley self piercing rivet unit available that is basically new.  This unit was purchased new in 2019 and has been mounted, programmed and inserted less than 400 rivets.  It has been unused for the most part because it was bought for a program that has went through a number of engineering changes and therefore has not been used for normal production volumes.  The system works perfectly as it should but due to another engineering change we're looking into other options.
    This unit is robot mounted with a blow fed rivet system.  We are using it to install Ø5.3mm x 5.5mm self piercing rivets.  This unit can be removed and shipped in 4 weeks or less.  Please see specs below and feel free to send me a message with any additional questions.
