Complete Set of All Four Vintage, 1958 General Mills Cheerios Spring-Powered Missiles and Launchers.
These multi-colored missiles and launchers are in excellent condition and fully functional. The Missiles include the
"Honest John"
, the
"Nike"
, the
"Corporal"
, and the
"Redstone"
.
In 1958 there were four possible missiles that a child could collect as premiums in Cheerio cereal boxes. The odds of collecting them all were small. To be in excellent condition and in working order after 63 years is even more amazing. They have been in storage since the late 1950's and are a rare piece of Americana.
